Day 14 is completed, today is Sunday and the last day of the 14 day challenge. Today we were challenged do 30 mins of Yoga/Stretching and drank 64 ounces of water. I completed a little over 30 mins of Stretching/Yoga and drank 68 ounces of water. I have accomplished all 14 days of the challenge. I have achieved my goal. I am so proud of myself. When the challenge began I decided that I would complete every day and I did it.
